What Nouri is
Nouri is a food decision companion: it recommends meals, plans weekly shops, estimates nutrition and remembers your preferences. It exists to reduce day-to-day food decisions — not to diagnose, treat or manage any medical condition.
Not medical advice
Nouri’s recommendations and estimates are informational. They can be wrong, and they are not medical, dietetic or health advice. Always consult a qualified professional for decisions that affect your health — especially around allergies, medical diets, pregnancy or eating disorders. Verified allergen boundaries in Nouri are respected rigorously, but you remain responsible for checking labels on the food you buy and eat.
Estimates are estimates
Calorie counts, nutrition figures, supermarket prices and savings are honest estimates built from the data available at the time. Prices change in store; nutrition varies by batch and portion. Nouri labels uncertainty rather than hiding it, and you can edit anything it gets wrong.
Your account and your content
You can use Nouri as a guest or with an account. You own what you log; we claim no rights over it beyond operating the service for you (see the privacy policy). Don’t misuse the service — no attempts to break, overload, scrape or reverse-engineer it, and no unlawful use.
The waitlist and the beta
The waitlist registers interest; it doesn’t guarantee access, timing or features. Beta builds are provided as-is and may change or end at any time.
Liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Nouri and Holdmark are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Changes
We may update these terms as the product evolves; material changes will be posted on this page with a new date. Continued use after a change means acceptance.
